The Big, Easy, NOLA & Lindsey and Rick's Wedding

Nicole's youngest sister, Lindsey married Rick on March 18th. As a result, we had the perfect excuse to travel to New Orleans for a week.

David Dohn, Rob and I went out fishing. While David caught the most fish, and Rob was the founding member of the exotic fish club, I caught the biggest fish, a 25 lb Black Drum.

So this is how I started my vacation, 6 hours on a boat in the saltwater bayou. No too bad.

Lindsey had given us tickets to the Hornets-Nuggets game the next night. David had a blast! Can you guess which one is Aunt Lindsey?

The next day, Rob, the Davids, Dylan, Owen and I went to Rick's mom and dad's house and went for a boat ride on the bayou. Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures from that trip, but the boys had the opportunity to get within 5 feet of an alligator!

We also had a Dohn family trip to the zoo. By this time, David was pretty exhausted. So he tried to hitch a ride on this Komodo dragon.

The next day was low key, but Uncle Mike went with to Aquarium on Friday before the wedding.

Friday night was the wedding. We all had a great time. I would like to say more, but that is Lindsey and Rick's story. So, you know, if you see them, ask about it.
