Dinner time!

Just a quick video of David eating rice cereal last night. Not sure if he is saying Mom or more, but it is pretty fun!

Oh what a night!

Another relatively uneventful night. I'm not sure, but I'm thinking David didn't take enough naps at daycare today.

Perhaps it was a post-inauguration hangover, but David was just a little tired tonight. That said, he was still very helpful during bathtime.

Finally, David wanted me to record a message for Mommy.

Missing Mommy

Nicole is in San Diego for a few days. David and I sure are missing her, but Dad is doing his best to keep David entertained. Don't worry, I deleted all of the pictures where he is playing with knives!
David wasn't too sure about the whole arrangement when we got home.

The jumperoo and his puppy changed everything however!

Hope all is well Nicole. David and I miss you and can't wait until you come home. In the meantime, we will just work on his chainsaw juggling routine!

Rolling, Rolling, Rolling on the Carpet!

David has found a love for movement. It used to be just walking with him. That slowly was somewhat replaced with the jumperoo. Now, after what seemed like an eternity we have a roller. Well, he can roll to the left anyway. He really seemed to master this task today, and now, as Nicole and I begin to wonder what it means to baby proof a house, we are also wondering why, oh why did we want him to learn this new trick?

Did we mention David is beginning to learn about real food? Here he is enjoying a nice bowl of rice cereal!

We hope everyone is doing well, and we can't wait to see and hear from everyone soon!

Catch up Parts 2, 3, & 4

OK, so we may have been a little optimistic on scheduling these updates.
Christmas was outstanding! Thank you so much to both of our families for all of the fellowship and wonderful gifts. Below David is taking his first turn on his new rocking horse.
Here David and cousin Dylan are reliving the excitement from the previous night.

Here's David enjoying a gift from Auntie Melinda.
And finally, here is a shot of the aftermath. We had to find a way to all of this stuff and more into the car! Happy belated holidays everyone!
